FileSuite Patcher & Bot is an optional automation add-on for the portal—not the portal itself. With an activated connection, it can analyse files asynchronously, show available solutions and prepare selected patches. The Bot can schedule eligible orders with a stoppable grace period.

It is your complete fileservice portal for customer accounts, orders, files, communication, prices, payments, invoices and delivery.
What is FileSuite Patcher & Bot?+
It is the optional automation add-on. It costs €200 to set up and €1 per processed file, excluding VAT. As the buyer, you must supply all scripts, patch definitions and tuning content yourself and authorise them for processing. We do not supply these contents. The portal remains fully usable without it.
Can the portal use my branding?+
Yes. Logo, colours, company details and the public appearance can be adapted to your fileservice brand.
Can customers pay and receive invoices in the portal?+
Yes. The portal contains wallet/payment and invoice workflows. The exact payment and accounting connections are configured for your setup.
Is it usable on mobile devices?+
Yes. Customer and admin interfaces are responsive and designed for desktop, tablet and smartphone use.
